Graduate Student Annual Evaluation

This needs to match their email from the Annual Progress Evaluation

Evaluation scale key (higher scores are better)

Significant assistance required (1) – the student cannot complete the task without significant assistance
Moderate (2) – the student requires moderate assistance with this task
Minimal (3) – the student requires minimal assistance with this task
Very Infrequent (4) – the student requires almost no assistance with this task and can perform it with little supervision
No assistance required, performed fully independently (5) – the student can fully complete this task with no assistance or supervision

It is expected that evaluations will reflect where the student is in their academic and training progress; e.g. first year MS students will naturally achieve lower scores that 4th year PhD students. So the performance expectations will be taken into account when evaluations are reviewed by the CFGS.
